If customer does not receive a solution for the primary issue from the date of contract until 7 days, then customer is entitled to request a complete refund from Web Online Services LLC LLC.
In case primary issue is not fixed or re-appears within 7 days, then the refund will only be processed once verified by the technical team of Web Online Services LLC LLC.
In case customer share computer screen with any other technical support party or a local technical group then Web Online Services LLC LLC would not be responsible for any damages or changes made in the computer and there will be NO REFUND given for the same.
Refund or Cancellation request may not be initiated after a successful issue resolution of the primary issue.
Customer needs to request a refund by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at our toll-free 1-888-573-4323 for instructions. NO REFUND shall be initiated without a written request.
